At Yogalz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following condition:

You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or style) from what you ordered.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or personal preference due to the intimate nature of lingerie.
Return Window

You must initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return

Email us at support@yogalz.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect item received.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes

We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons unless the product sent was incorrect.

All requests beyond the 7-day window will be declined.
